This is a RILP - FDC that was used for mail service and flown off of Rattlesnake Island to Port Clinton via Griffing Flying Service on the first day of the new RILP perforated 12 stamps issue May 10, 2023.
Both the RILP diamond cancel and the USPS cancel is dated May 10th, 2023. (Note - the stamps were issued in 2022 in imperf & R-24)
